You can contact them by phone or email or even call into the office. In the event of a large loss we will come to see you. We can also be present at any appointments with loss adjusters or investigators.
We can talk you through the claim form and advise you what to do next.
We can help to locate suitable repairers, tradesman and contractors. In particular for water damage claims we will ensure that your Insurers appoint specialist Flood Restoration Contractors to minimise the damage to your property.
Simple claims can often be reported direct to your Insurer. However, if you prefer, we can report claims on your behalf and deal with the insurer so that you have minimal contact with them.
We will attempt to pursue uninsured recoveries against third parties in-house or with the assistance of your Insurers as far as practicable.
Should you need to make a claim, please report it immediately and don’t forget we’ll require a brief description of the incident, the damage incurred, time and date of the incident, insurer’s name and your relevant contact details.
